DELIVERY & COLLECTION 

Our HQ and Showroom is situated in HP7 Amersham, Buckinghamshire. We deliver free of charge up to 10 miles from us. Travelling further a field is charged at 65p per mile, we will add this costing to your quote.

We have a minimum hire charge of £250.00 on small props , £400 on furniture and seating . Unless your within 10 miles of HP7.

​

We require a £100 Non refundable deposit to save the date for your Wedding day / Event or Prop Hire. Full payment is due 28 days prior to your date.

If you do not require delivery, you are welcome to come and collect from us at THE BOHO SHACK in person. For smaller items this can work well. If you do not collect and return yourselves then it will be your responsibility to arrange a courier , props are your responsibility once they leave our HQ. If our props get damaged in transit this is your responsibly and you will therefore be charged to repair or replace them. 

 

If you need us to drop/collect within unsociable hours or bank holidays, there will be an extra charge for this, please make us aware of this from your inquiry. 

​

Our hire of rugs and soft furnishings are for indoor and outdoor use (weather depending) but need to be stored indoors overnight. 

​

HIRE PERIOD 

Our hire period is over a 3 day hire, which will allow you to set up and pack away items for collections either side of your wedding/event .For extra days we charge based on overall hire price, quote on request.

DAMAGE OR REPAIRS

Props must be delivered back as they arrived. Vessels for flowers must be packed away, water emptied. Candles sticks and holders must be wax free. We charge £100 if you require us to empty and clean after your event.

 

Any damages that occur will be charged back at market value price for us to source a like for like product. To be replaced 7 days after your wedding/event. All our furniture , including rugs and cushions need to be brought under cover after your event . Any stains occurred on soft furnishings will be charged a cleaning charge or re-placment charge on request/invoice.

 

A copy of our Terms & Conditions will be sent to you with our invoice so you can read through them.
